The Rocky Mountain Land Cruiser Association is made up of a great bunch of guys and gals. We have at the time of this shot, I think, about 16 actual members but have up to 30 in attendance at the meetings. Quite a few regulars go on the runs. The association on the runs is great and there is some great terrain covered each run. On this run we had 6 trucks out. Not a big number but definitely enough. The big yellow pickup ended up blowing both the front end and the motor. Bummer, especially since it is mine.

A group shot. From left to right: 82 BJ42, Wayne's 73 FJ55, Wayne's 78 FJ45, Brett's 85 BJ70, Warren's 85 BJ60, Peter's 85 BJ60,

The day turned out to be gorgeous as the day warmed to about 26 degree. C

Oh yah, we even had a brand new Chevy blazer out with us. He drove like the truck was a dirt bike. He had a blast.

The old 55 performed flawlessly all day until now. Two tires in the rut and two out.

You could say we got high centered. Black gooey mud and street tires don't mix well.

As you can see the 55 is in quite good shape especially considering she is 27 years old.
